Pricing
The price is on this page.
Every rate we have set is on this page, and one floor for tiny amounts. No monthly fee, no setup, no minimum volume, no per‑seat charge, and nothing behind a “contact sales” button.
| Product | Cherum fee | Charged on | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Exchange Swapping or bridging your own money to one address. | 0.30% 30 bps | The amount you move, at the moment it moves. | No fixed minimum. A swap too small to cover the network fee is refused before you sign, not executed at a loss. |
| Payouts One signature paying many people. Inside one network, or across several. | 0.10% 10 bps · same network 0.30–0.90% 30–90 bps · across networks, per leg | The amount you move, at the moment it moves. A cross‑chain batch is priced by the number of destination networks it reaches. | None — it works from the first dollar. |
| Payments Invoices, links and checkout for money coming in. | 0.90% 90 bps 0.30% pay-with-anything conversion · shown on the quote | The amount received, once the payment confirms. The conversion fee applies only when the payer settles in a different token than the invoice asks for — it is included in the quoted amount and shown before they sign. | Depends on the network and token — from $2, though that is USDC on Base or Solana specifically. Every other asset outside Ethereum sits between $10 and $40, and Ethereum itself asks $175. Those are floors, not fixed prices: the working minimum also follows what it costs to move the money on that chain right now, so it rises when the network is busy. The live figure for each method is on the payment page before the payer sends anything. |
| Claims A funded pool people take their share from. | 0.30% 30 bps | The amount you move, at the moment it moves. | None — it works from the first dollar. |
Network fees are separate and always have been — they belong to the chain, not to us. You see them in the quote before you sign.
Paying out your accepted balance carries the network fee of that payout: we withhold the measured gas cost plus a small buffer, so a fee spike between quote and send never puts the transfer at a loss. The withholding applies on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and BNB Chain. Payouts on our home network cost you nothing extra — we carry that one ourselves — and before a payout leaves, the dashboard shows what will be sent and what the network fee takes.
The floor on small amounts
Why a $2 transfer can’t cost 0.3%.
Moving money across a network costs the network something, and that cost barely changes with the size of the transfer. On a $2,000 payout our percentage covers it easily. On a $2 payout, a percentage would be less than the delivery itself — so somebody has to eat the difference, and if we pretended otherwise it would come out of the recipient’s amount.
So there is a small floor per recipient that covers delivery. On a small amount it is the floor rather than the percentage that applies — our fee is whichever of the two is larger, and the quote shows the figure before you sign. It is never taken quietly out of what the recipient gets.
What that looks like
Every quote ends with a single all‑in figure and the percentage it works out to. Open the breakdown and the two parts are still there, separately.

Embedding Cherum in your own app? The terms are public and there is no ladder to climb: you set your own markup on top of our fee — up to 3% on the payouts widget, up to 5% on the swap widget — and all of it is yours, paid to your wallet in the same on-chain transaction as the transfer. No negotiated revenue share, no volume tiers, no partner call: your wallet address in the embed code is the whole registration. Start here.
